Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by a letter sent by post or by email.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below for this purpose. However, use of this form is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including any delivery costs paid where applicable, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise with you, we will generally use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction.

You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

If, in connection with a withdrawn order, you have already sent trading cards or other items to us for the performance of the service, these will be returned to you in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions and the shipping conditions applicable to the order.

Commencement of the Service During the Withdrawal Period

If you expressly requested that Black Grading Service begin performing the service commissioned by you during the fourteen-day withdrawal period and you subsequently withdraw from the contract before the service has been fully performed, you may be required to pay a reasonable amount for the services already provided up to the time of withdrawal.

This amount corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time of your withdrawal in relation to the total scope of the contractually agreed service.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal After Full Performance of the Service

In the case of a contract for a paid service, your right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the fourteen-day withdrawal period if:

• you have expressly agreed that Black Grading Service may begin performing the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period;
• you have confirmed your understanding that you will lose your right of withdrawal once Black Grading Service has fully performed the contract; and
• Black Grading Service has fully performed the commissioned service.

This may be particularly relevant where a card has already been fully inspected, graded, certified, sealed, or another booked service has otherwise been fully performed.

Cards Not Yet Submitted

If Black Grading Service has not yet begun performing the actual service and the cards have not yet been submitted or processed, the contract may be withdrawn from within the statutory withdrawal period in accordance with this Cancellation Policy.

Cards Already Submitted

The submission of a card alone does not automatically result in the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal.

However, if the customer has expressly requested that the service begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period, Black Grading Service may begin processing the submission after receiving it and before the withdrawal period has expired.

In the event of a valid withdrawal after performance of the service has begun, the statutory provisions regarding any proportionate payment or compensation due for services already performed shall apply.
