MYSLAPS · PRODUCTION STATUS

Graded does not yet mean ready to ship.

Your cards may already be graded and the grades may be visible in MySlaps. This does not yet mean that your order is ready to ship.

Grading status ≠ shipping status

MySlaps shows the current grading stage of your cards. Several physical production and shipping stages still follow.

A visible grade confirms the grading result. Shipping data appears only after production is fully completed.

WHY THIS HAPPENS

One turnaround. Many production stages.

Submissions are processed in fixed turnarounds. Within one turnaround, multiple customer orders move through the production stages together. Your digital grading result can therefore already be complete while physical production is still underway.

STANDARD GRADING
14–21 business days from package receipt

For Standard Grading, the current total processing time is 14 to 21 business days from receipt of the package. This covers the complete workflow — not grading alone.

Production is batch-based Multiple orders move through defined stations together. Digital and physical status can therefore differ in timing.
AFTER GRADING

From the grade to shipping.

Select a stage to see what still happens after the grade becomes visible. Shipping is the final stage — grading is not.

STEP 01 / 07

Grading completed

The card has been graded. This status describes the grading stage only — not completion of physical production and shipping.

THE TIME AFTER THE GRADE

What still takes time.

The grade is an important milestone. Several controlled production steps still follow to ensure a clean, secure and correctly assigned return shipment.

01 / LABELS

Labels are produced as a batch.

Labels for a production batch are produced together. Depending on batch size, this stage can take approximately 2–3 days.

02 / CASE

Every card is checked individually.

Each card is then inserted dust-free into the correct case, paired with the correct label and sealed.

03 / ORDER

Then the order is assembled again.

Cards are assigned back to the correct customer and order, packing slips are created, orders are packed and only then prepared for shipping.

SERVICE PRIORITY

Faster services remain prioritized.

Express, Premium Express and 24-hour grading are prioritized through the relevant production stages according to the booked service level.

02

Express

Prioritized

Express orders move through production according to their booked priority.

03

Premium Express

Higher priority

Premium Express receives correspondingly higher priority across the relevant production stages.

04

24-hour Grading

Highest process priority

24-hour orders are handled according to the highest booked production priority.

Important: MySlaps shows the grading stage.

The grade shown in MySlaps reflects the current grading stage of your cards — not the final shipping status. Once your order is fully completed and assigned to shipping, you will receive the corresponding shipping information.
