Grading criteria explained
The four central areas are:
- Centering: Alignment of the artwork and the relationship between the card borders.
- Corners: Wear, dents, rounding and damage on all four corners.
- Edges: Whitening, chips, wear and irregularities along the edges.
- Surface: Scratches, dents, stains, print defects and other surface characteristics.
Colour and print quality and other visible findings are also considered.
